Client Service Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle operational management: Oversee daily operations for mutual fund transactions, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
2. Work on transaction processing: Manage processes related to subscriptions, redemptions, and fund transfers. Ensure the smooth and timely execution of all client transactions in line with regulatory and operational standards.
3. Oversee compliance & regulatory adherence: Ensure all operational processes adhere to local and international regulatory standards.
4. Work on data and systems management: Maintain accurate records and data management systems, ensuring the timely update and integrity of client and transaction data.
5. Work on process improvement: Continuously evaluate operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
6. Work on risk management: Identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Conduct regular audits of processes and controls to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
7. Handle reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying key metrics, operational issues, and areas for improvement. Present findings to senior management as required.
