We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for running and operating a business in the B2B segment. The candidate will be appointed as the co-founder at the said location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn business integrities and operate the business.
2. Take complete responsibility for PNL on the unit.
3. Maintain relationships with the organization.
4. Build strategies and analyze the situations to find effective solutions.
5. Work closely with the OEM accounts manager.
6. Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.
7. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and achieve them.
8. Hold meetings with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
9. Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
1. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should have an understanding to business analytics and management.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
