Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
2. Investigate complaints thoroughly to determine root causes.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complaints effectively.
4. Document all complaint resolutions accurately.
5. Communicate resolution outcomes to customers clearly and effectively.
6. Implement strategies to prevent future complaints.
7. Provide feedback to management on recurring complaints for process improvement.
8. Acting as a last point of contact for customer
