1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree
2. Have experience in uploading existing and new products, including regular updates on online platforms
3. Possess experience in e-commerce payment reconciliation, deals, coupons, reviews & ratings, A+ content, catalog improvement, and keyword updating
4. Have 1-2 years of relevant experience managing e-commerce and product portfolios
5. Translate brand vision to the digital landscape through a consistent, seamless experience for the customer
6. Demonstrate a proven track record in developing integrated marketing programs (paid search, SEO, email marketing, online display advertising, social, etc.)
7. Understand all aspects of a direct-to-consumer business
8. Exhibit strong analytical skills
9. Be passionate about the digital/eCommerce space and stay abreast of key trends, benchmarks, and innovations in the industry
10. Show strong business acumen and collaborative skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
11. Have a fiery and focused drive with an exceptional ability to define and communicate strategy and execute flawlessly
12. Thrive on creative collaboration and demonstrate inspiring leadership ability
13. Foster an innovative e-commerce marketing culture that is customer-centric and not afraid to take risks to advance the business
14. Possess knowledge and experience in social media platforms and creative programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
