Content & E-commerce Management Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process all incoming orders efficiently and accurately through the Shopify platform.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability.
3. Manage the order fulfillment process.
4. Liaise with delivery partners to arrange timely and cost-effective shipping of orders.
5. Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping information, and product availability.
6. Ensure orders are processed and shipped within specified timeframes to meet customer expectations.
7. Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the Shopify system.
8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or shipments.
9. Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer concerns or complaints related to orders.
10. Continuously optimize order processing workflows to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to order processing and fulfillment.
12. Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed to support the overall operations of the business.
