We are seeking full-time writers, copywriters, and wordsmiths to join our team and create a diverse range of content. This role goes beyond traditional copywriting; it involves training AI systems by crafting text that educates and informs their responses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Use your writing skills to create text on a wide range of topics.
2. Style Guide Adherence: Work within our style guide to create responses that will form the 'voice' for future AI.
3. Original Content: Produce original, helpful, honest, and harmless text responses.
4. Fact-Checking: Verify the accuracy of your work using reliable sources.
5. Machine-Generated Content Review: Rate machine-generated responses based on multiple parameters.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Experience: Professional or educational experience in creative writing, copywriting, or editing in Hindi and experience in secondary research using Google, Wikipedia, and similar websites.
2. Language Proficiency: Native level of Hindi with education completed in Hindi.
3. Educational Background: An advanced degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or a similar field. An advanced degree in Hindi is highly preferred.
4. Skills: Ability to learn new methods quickly and adapt to challenging, complex guidelines and flexibility to switch between topics rapidly.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
