About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. To write, edit, and update engaging and well-researched content for blogs, news articles, news updates, webinars, case studies, e-books, white papers, websites and microsites, product descriptions, press releases, landing pages, e-mails, social media posts, infographics, presentations, sales collateral, videos, and more under tight deadlines.
2. Ensure the accuracy and credibility of the information by verifying sources and citing them appropriately.
3. To ensure timely delivery of materials, adhere to an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the content production team.
4. Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize websites' online visibility in search results.
5. Paraphrasing and restructuring written materials.
6. Collecting and interpreting data
7. Prioritizing tasks, time management, and ensuring timely communication concerning project deliverables.
8. Managing multiple tasks at the same time while meeting tight deadlines
9. Guiding subordinates in their development by sharing knowledge and ideas.
10. Supervising subordinates and ensuring that their work meets quality standards.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience (unless you think you are already there in terms of skill set)

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, communication studies, journalism, media, mass communication, or associated field.

3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with little supervision.

4. Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar.

5. Familiarity with web traffic metrics, engagement metrics, and all other general KPIs and KRIs of the website, SEO tools, keyword research tools, etc. (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz and Google Keyword Planner)

6. The ability to tell a compelling story using words, images, or audio/video and understand how to create content that draws an audience.

7. Effective project management and people skills

8. Should be creative, fluent, and passionate about writing fresh, engaging, consistent, and user-friendly content in multiple formats as per the target audience.

9. Expertise in the construction and energy industry would be a plus point

10. It is a Work-from-office job.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,50,000 /year
