Corporate Sales Associate Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate product recommendations
2. Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about the various silver jewelry pieces, including their design, craftsmanship, and value, to effectively communicate with customers
3. Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing returns or exchanges
4. Visual Merchandising: Assist in arranging and displaying jewellery in an appealing manner to attract customers and enhance sales
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering new inventory, and ensure that the display is well-stocked and organized
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale service, address customer inquiries or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide up-to-date advice and maintain a competitive edge
8. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the business
9. Promotion and Marketing: Assist with in-store promotions, exhibitions and marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones
