Key Responsibilities

I. B2C Sales (Wellness Focus):

1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets using effective strategies and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
2. Proactively follow up with leads and past clients to foster ongoing communication and drive conversions.
3. Engage potential clients to understand their wellness needs and create tailored retreat experiences at Ekaanta.
4. Promote and sell Ekaanta's wellness programs, highlighting the unique benefits of our Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga offerings.
5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
6. Introduce new offers, seasonal packages, and exclusive deals to enhance client experiences and increase sales.
7. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage bookings, and generate detailed reports on sales activities.

II. B2B Sales (Travel Agent Focus):
1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with travel agents and agencies to promote Ekaanta's travel and wellness packages.
2. Consistently follow up with travel agents to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and present new offers.
3. Conduct regular sales calls to introduce new packages, discuss promotions, and gather feedback; negotiate contracts and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials tailored for travel agents.
5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from travel agents to refine sales strategies and enhance partnerships.

III. General Responsibilities:
1. Represent Ekaanta at wellness fairs, travel expos, and industry events to network and generate leads.
2. Maintain a comprehensive sales profile, documenting client interactions, travel agent feedback, and sales performance.
3. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
4. Stay updated on wellness trends, travel opportunities, and industry innovations to offer clients and partners optimal solutions.
5. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
