About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential African Doctors through various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.
2. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective African Doctors, presenting Jivo medical tourism services and explaining the benefits.
3. Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads, answer client inquiries, and guide them through the decision-making process to secure their engagement.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with African Doctors, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term engagement.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to African Doctor acquisition and satisfaction.
6. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to the Jivo leadership team.
7. Market Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to help improve Jivo's services and offerings.
