Corporate Sales Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieving the revenue and profit targets for the store.
2. Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
3. Keeping track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock.
4. Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards.
5. Executing plans to maximize sales as assigned.
6. Maintaining positive relations and rapport with Customers.
7. Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.
8. Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.
9. Handling customer queries effectively.
10. Effectively collecting customer feedback and passing it on to the immediate manager.
11. Attending mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
12. Completing all administrative paperwork during scheduled shifts.
13. Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations.
14. Knowledge of facility rules, regulations, and philosophy of the store.
