1. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in higher education sales, ideally within the Edtech industry, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams
2. Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities to inspire and drive a sales team toward outstanding results
3. Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with expertise in interpreting sales data for strategic decision-making
4. Comprehensive knowledge of the Edtech industry, including key trends, customer challenges, and competitor insights
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and sustaining client and internal relationships
6. Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective sales strategies and initiatives within the Edtech sector
7. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs
8. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales management tools
9. Strong work ethic and passion for education and technology, committed to fostering positive change in education
