About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning the day s work with an emphasis on leads to be contacted basis the importance of the sales funnel and size
2. Identifying fitment of sales products matching the client s investing goals
3. Interacting with potential customers with an emphasis on high-quality lead conversions.
4. Proactively following up on leads assigned by the Sales Head and reporting the progress with mitigation plans on how to achieve the results as well.
5. Working closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.
6. Contributing to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
7. Disseminating the learnings/ good practices across the team(s) so that knowledge sharing is encouraged and rewarded likewise.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Graduate (Mandatory)

2. At least 1-3 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role in a BFSI / Finance sector.

3. Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language

4. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written & Excellent telephone skills

5. Willing and able to work extra hours on occasion to complete tasks

6. Willing and able to attend company meetings that take place outside of normal working hours (approx. one per month)

7. Knowledge of the Equities Market added advantage

Sales experience in the Finance Sector is preferred.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
