About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call management:
a. Make 80 to 100 outbound and inbound calls daily to potential customers.
b. Introduce company products/services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.

2. Customer engagement:
a. Interact courteously and professionally with prospects to build rapport.
b. Generate interest in the products/services through engaging conversations.

3. Lead qualification:
a. Identify and qualify potential sales leads by gathering relevant information.
b. Assess customer needs and interests to determine sales potential.

4. Appointment scheduling:
a. Set up appointments or schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects for the sales team.
b. Ensure smooth coordination between potential leads and the sales department.

5. Record keeping:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM system or call log.
b. Track the progress of each lead and follow up as necessary.

6. Objection handling:
a. Address customer objections effectively and provide relevant solutions to overcome concerns.
b. Aim to convert prospects into qualified leads by resolving their questions.

7. Target achievement:
a. Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation, call quality, and conversion rates.
b. Consistently meet or exceed call volume and sales performance goals.

8. Product knowledge:
a. Stay informed about company products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
b. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers during interactions.

9. Continuous improvement:
a. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and self-learning to improve knowledge and performance.
b. Apply feedback from managers to improve call techniques and overall sales effectiveness.
