Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure calling on leads provided by the company
2. Build good working relationships with clients
3. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
4. Explain to the customers about the properties
5. Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business

Responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, and marketing. The prime role is to sell high-end luxury residential projects. The role involves around to build and preserving trusting relationships with our premier customers

1. Should have 1-3 years of experience in sales
2. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Should have a willingness to learn new skills and take responsibilities
4. Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customer satisfaction
5. Has excellent problem-solving skills
6. Decision making & self-motivated
7. Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
