The 'Customer Relationship Manager' (Inside Sales) is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing client relationships. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our healthcare offerings. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business opportunities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the healthcare sector.

2. Customer engagement:
-Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
-Respond to inquiries and provide information on products and services.

3. Sales cycle management:
-Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
-Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
-Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing new business.

4. Collaboration:
-Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure a smooth handover of leads.
-Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.

5. CRM management:
-Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
-Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
