About Our Client:
Our Client is a retail lending NBFC offering secured business loans to MSMEs in tier 3 & 4 towns in India. Their business model comprises a mix of retail loan products sourced through proprietary means along with strategic partnerships with marquee Banks and NBF Cs. The company is focused on achieving Financial Inclusion through its 70 branches catering to over 7,000+ borrowers, with a mission to propel the economic well-being of small business entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate one-on-one sales meetings with customers via Direct Sourcing.
2. Achieve disbursement targets.
3. Maintain good professional relationships with new and existing customers by frequent visits and calls.
4. Grow the branch business by identifying new sales and ensuring branch targets by generating business.
5. Collection Efficiency.
6. Ensure timely completion of file login requirements.
7. Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
8. Ensure compliance with banking and NBFC rules, regulations, and procedures.
9. Adherence to sales process and operational checklists
10. Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) with a minimum of 5 to 6 new customer visits per day (120+ customers in a month).
11. Achieve cross-selling targets.
12. To maintain quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio.
13. Maintain strict customer and organization data confidentiality.
14. Ensure adherence to daily team meetings.

Skill(s) required

CRM Kannada Proficiency (Spoken) Sales

Other requirements

1. Language Proficiency: Local Language, Hindi, and English

2. Good interpersonal skills

3. Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.

4. Devotion to high-quality customer service

5. Must have a Two-wheeler with a drivers license and helmet.

6. The ideal age of the candidate should be between 25 to 30 Years.

7. This role would require extensive traveling.
