About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make cold calls & write cold emails to generate sales and target new clients
2. Contribute to branding and sales promotion of the company
3. Explore, build, and manage new business partnerships
4. Come up with new business development ideas
5. Visit potential prospects on the field to demonstrate our products and services
6. Work on partner onboarding for our products and services
7. Develop proposals, presentations, partnership documents, and other sales enablement documents for different partnership opportunities
8. Manage onboarded partners to build long-term relationships and generate sales
9. Device measures to review the effectiveness of alliances and partnerships
10. Meet departmental goals and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
11. Establish clear client retention goals
12. Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
13. Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
14. Promote the value of the product
15. Upsell services and products with the brand image
16. Promote value through customer experience
17. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
18. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

What you need for this position:

1. Any bachelor's or higher degree in any subject
2. Must be proficient in using MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT)
3. Must have good communication, strong convincing skills, and a fire belly attitude
4. Must have good business acumen, effective presentation and negotiation skills
5. Proven ability to work independently and self-driven for performance
6. Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude
7. Must have a zeal to research, learn and grow
8. Must be self-motivated and can perform under pressure
9. Familiar with the profile of customer success or similar role
10. Familiar with the work with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
11. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
12. Technical skills are required as they relate to the use of the product or service
13. Accountability and personal organization are essential
14. Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
