Key responsibilities:

1. Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
2. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
3. Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
4. Engage in consultative selling, listening to clients' needs, and providing solutions.
5. Successfully close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
8. Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales and management teams.
9. Adhere to all company sales policies, rules, and regulations.
