As a Sales Associate you are responsible for bridging the gap between the customers and sales team, building the foundation for easier sales. Building never ending relationships with new and existing customers via cold calling. Recognize prospects and fetch appointments for further business
Key Responsibilities:
In this job role as a sales associate, you will be, end to end, responsible for finding the potential and prospect customers who can be converted into future customers. Your daily responsibilities will entail qualification of Leads (via various channels), by calling them and achieving the following:
1. Engage in all stages of pre sales lifecycle for calls, pre-bid demos.
2. Briefing them about the 90+ My Tuition Classes.
3. Generating interest in counseling sessions and being a trusted advisor to the customer's by establishing credibility.
4. Setting up scheduled demos or online meetings of prospects with our academic counselors.
5. You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.
6. Updating tasks/activities/relevant information on various company platforms. (e.g. LS-CRM, reporting)
7. Accountable for creating verified and good quality lead funnel for academic counselors.
8. Timely, accurate administration & reporting (KPIs/KRAs, plans, forecasts, etc.)
9. On an average you will be dialing 150 to 200 calls in a day.
10. Need to understand the customers and the candidate should be capable of multitasking in this role.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Experience:
1. Edu Tech pre-sales: 1 year (preferred)
2. Language: English, Malayalam & Tamil? (preferred)
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,80,400 - 10,88,640 /year
