Sales manager's primary role will involve nurturing and growing long-term relationships with customers, constantly presenting them with tailored solutions and strategic plans that align with their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Getting a deep understanding of the requirements and needs of customers.
2. Acquiring a complete understanding of your market, categories, and shoppers.
3. Creating and maintaining long-term productive relations with customers.
4. Resolving any issues and problems of your clients.
5. Adapting and optimizing the commercial guidelines of a particular country for specific clients.
6. Acting as a link between your customer and the internal teams
7. Negotiating contracts, promotional plans, and innovations
8. Preparing volume forecasts and plans
9. Resolving all the issues of the clients and creating a liaison between the internal team and customers.
Qualification & requirements:
1. Preferred master's degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience in an FMCG setting specialized in Beverage Industry
2. Capable of taking charge and getting things done, while also working well with a wide variety of people.
3. Strong analytical thinking and skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
