Key Responsibilities:
a. Franchise Sales Strategy Development:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure new franchisees.
2. Identify target markets and potential franchisees based on market research and analysis.
b. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
1. Generate leads through various channels such as trade shows, online platforms, and networking events.
2. Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential franchisees.
c. Franchisee Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
2. Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure franchisee satisfaction and success.
d. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
1. Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential franchisees.
2. Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
e. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the franchise industry.
