About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer 360-degree lead management on the tech platform. This will include end-to-end lead handling generated by Digital engagement, self-calling on databases, and call center
2. All the leads are to be nurtured with the intention to culminate in closures basis the right product match for the defined area or projects based on the customer s needs
3. The Relationship Manager is required to facilitate customer walk-ins at the required projects to expedite the online booking process
4. The portfolio (i.e., all the customers who have walked into any of the projects) will have to be managed for deepening relationships. Monthly relationship continuity to be managed to enhance the Customer Lifetime Value, generate potent references, and strengthen the loyalty program
5. Relationship Manager is expected to be managing the entire lead funnel via all the relevant mediums e.g., Voice, Video, Text
6. The Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with all customers to assist with online booking, resolve queries, and work on the financial management
7. Negotiate with customers OR developers for effective closure for the customers
8. Work closely on the assigned projects, area, or beat to enhance online information availability on our platform, and carry out online transactions. Should be working closely on the payment schedules for the effective realization

Other requirements

1. This job role requires you to generate leads and build up your own pipeline of leads for which, you are required to make at least 100 - 150 calls daily on the database provided to you.

2. This job role requires you to coordinate with clients and guide them during their site visits. Hence, you will be required to travel to multiple sites within a particular allocated zone.

3. This job role requires a F2F interaction with clients. Since most of the clients are available on weekends, you will be required to work 6 days a week. You will be getting one day as weekly off which will be on a Monday or Tuesday.

4. This job role involves face-to-face interaction with clients and most of the clients are available on weekends, National holidays, and festivals. Hence, all the weekends, National holidays, and festivals will always be working days for you.

5. This job role requires you to interact directly with clients. Hence, there may be a few instances wherein you may have to extend your normal working hours (10 AM - 7 PM) and be available for any site visits scheduled.
