About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales strategy: Assess and identify potential opportunities within the market, with an emphasis on increasing revenue.
2. Conduct research to develop a comprehensive client database that spans various industries and geographical locations.
3. Lead generation & Relationship Building: Generate leads and establish strong relationships with clients.
4. Goal achievement: Plan, set sales targets, analyze performance, and forecast future sales.
5. Client engagement: Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
6. Team management: Hire and train new sales reps, set clear goals, provide coaching, and monitor team performance.
7. Training & development: Identify areas where the team needs more training and create plans to fill those gaps.
