Job description: Assistant Manager - Business Development & Sales
Level: 2-3 years

Responsibilities -
1. Reaching out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls and scheduled meetings with the Partners and another source of social media.
2. Conduct initial conversations to understand the legal needs and fulfill the same.
3. Use Innovative writing techniques and updated cadences on developed a framework to bring clients on the table and onboard from various industries including big giants.
Requirements:
1. Should be persuasive and have strong business acumen.
2. Hands-on experience with the strategies involved to scale up business from knowledge of IPR (Basic).
3. Should have updated cadences to develop a framework to bring clients.
4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Lawyer's degree is advantageous.
5. Proven business development, and marketing experience in law firm.
6. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
