We're looking for a proactive, driven senior specialist (key account management & sales) to be the dedicated point of contact for 20-30 of our top clients. You'll help us shape the future of our cross-border shipping product, which supports small and medium-sized Indian businesses going global. This role isn't just about account management, it's about stepping up when challenges arise, thinking on your feet, and helping our clients succeed in a fiercely competitive market.
Key responsibilities:
1) Take account ownership: Build and nurture relationships with each account. You're not just 'managing accounts'; you're driving client success with our product.
2) Be a problem solver on the go: When issues arise, you'll be there. Whether it's a quick fix or a more involved situation, you'll step in, troubleshoot, and ensure a smooth resolution.
3) Work on travel and connect: Conduct frequent travel to meet clients in person, understand their needs, strengthen partnerships, and provide real-time support.
4) Advocate for client needs: Be the voice of our clients internally. Collaborate with our teams to ensure our product aligns with client goals, giving feedback that directly influences our product's growth.
5) Stay ahead of the game: The competition is fierce, and we're a startup in a dynamic market. Keep an eye on market trends and help us adapt, ensuring we stay ahead.
