About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key account stores
2. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
3. Regularly assess and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth
4. Conduct market research to identify potential new counters that can be developed into key accounts
5. Build a prospect pipeline and actively pursue new business opportunities
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition
7. Oversee and coordinate sales activities at events organized by Vishwa Foundation
8. Ensure the successful setup and operation of sales counters, providing a positive customer experience
9. Collect and analyze data from events to improve future sales strategies
10. Collaborate with the existing sales team to boost sales through various online marketplaces

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role

2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

3. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel reporting

4. Good knowledge of the Pune city area and its market dynamics

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
