Key responsibilities:

1. Research and Data Collection : Create and maintain a comprehensive database of Commercial Properties that includes detailed profiles, market conditions, and contact information for property owners or managers.
2. Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and investment goals regarding commercial properties.
Organize and conduct property tours for clients, highlighting key features and potential benefits of each CP.
3. Promoting Product to CP : Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to promote specific commercial properties. This may include creating compelling listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
4. Regular Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects after initial meetings or property showings to address questions and gauge interest.
