Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce credit card offerings.
2. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various credit card products.
3. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
5. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
6. Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
7. Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for maximizing customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in credit card sales or a similar role, preferably in the credit card domain.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport.
4. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
5. Knowledge of credit card products, financial services, and banking regulations.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
9. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
