We are in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time CRM Executive. The primary focus of this role revolves around the effective management of customer relationship data to drive targeted marketing initiatives and enhance overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. CRM Data Management:
Gather and authenticate customer data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Maintain and update our CRM databases with utmost precision, adhering to strict data management protocols
Implement robust data validation processes to uphold data integrity and authenticity
Organize and segment customer data for tailored marketing campaigns and personalized communications
2. Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Leverage CRM data insights to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
Craft personalized marketing messages and content tailored to specific customer segments
Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement
Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
3. Email Marketing:
Create and schedule marketing emails based on CRM data parameters, ensuring relevance and authenticity
Monitor email campaign performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to enhance engagement and conversion rates
Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously refine email marketing strategies while safeguarding customer data integrity and security
Female candidates based out of Gurgaon are preferred
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in CRM management is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in data management, particularly in a customer-centric context
Proficiency in CRM platforms like Zoho or Salesforce and adeptness in data entry techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
