5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized offers or loyalty programs that incentivize direct purchases.
6. Track and analyze conversion rates, providing regular reports.
7. Log all past orders in the CRM, including specific preferences and favorite flavors, to offer personalized service.
8. Ensure timely deliveries by coordinating with the kitchen and delivery partners, keeping customers informed about their order status.
