1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. 6 months of BPO or travel experience.
2. Bachelors degree or undergraduate.
3. Excellent written and spoken communication, and business technical writing.
4. Computer skills ability/experience using computer applications.
5. Willing to work in a contact center environment with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
6. Open to working in a voice environment.
