We are seeking a 'Customer Care Executive' who will be responsible for handling customer queries across various platforms, including Instagram, Gmail, and phone calls. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer queries via Instagram, Gmail, and phone calls.
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding our products, services, and brand information.
3. Manage customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Assist with order processing, tracking, and updates.
5. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth resolution of issues.
7. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up on customer feedback.
8. Manage direct messages on Instagram, reply to comments, and assist with social media inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in customer service or related field (preferably in e-commerce or tech services).
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
4. Proficient in handling social media platforms (especially Instagram).
5. Familiarity with Gmail and phone etiquette for customer service.
6. Ability to handle multiple customer queries at a time.
7. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to keep records.
8. A passion for the tech industry is a plus!
