Customer Service Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively in English (candidates with domestic process experience are not eligible).
2. Have a minimum of 12 months of experience in International Voice support, specifically in the US Telecom sector.
3. Be comfortable working night shifts and adhere to a work-from-office requirement.
4. Be prepared to join the organization immediately.

Working schedule:

1. Work for 5 days with 2 rotational weeks off.
2. Both-way cab facility is provided.

Eligibility:

Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or intermediate, with relevant experience.

Interview process:

1. HR screening.
2. Operations round.
3. Versant test (minimum score of 60).
