1. Work on diligent management of all customer communication points including calls, emails, social media messages, google listing messages
2. Drive adoption and utilization of the CRM platform, including reporting and dashboard analysis for tracking key business metrics
3. Be the voice of Tattva Wellness and the first point of contact for all in-coming queries (through calls, website, and social media)
4. Establish rapport with guests maintain good customer relationships and handle all guest complaints, requests, and inquiries on spa services, whilst following up with prompt feedback
5. Schedule appointments for guests in an efficient manner through booking tools
6. Develop an understanding of the beauty and spa business (therapies and its advantages) and be able to guide guests on the same
7. Seek guest feedback actively and maintain records of the same while escalating to the relevant internal teams for service or process improvement
8. Promote memberships and manage membership queries. Promote Gift vouchers and manage related queries
9. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute strategy for customer care to achieve business goals
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Panchkula and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. The customer care executive at Tattva Wellness must have a strong command over guest experience management and be fluent in English and Hindi languages
2. The person must have strong communication skills (oral and written)
