Key responsibilities:

1. Provide chat support: Provide efficient and professional chat-based support to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
2. Demonstrate typing skills: Exhibit exceptional typing skills to maintain quick and accurate responses during chat interactions.
3. Maintain computer proficiency
4. Work on written communication: Maintain high-quality written communication in English, ensuring clarity, grammar, and spelling are impeccable.
5. Handle shift flexibility: Adapt to rotational shifts as part of the international process to ensure 24/7 chat support coverage.
6. Work on team collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share information, best practices, and knowledge to improve overall customer support quality.
