Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Inform clients by explaining product and their features and subscription information.
2. Ensure that all clients have the best possible experience of our product.
3. Respond and resolve online queries received via e-mail and social media.
4. Be a pro-active member of the Product support team and support all calls.
5. Handle and resolve complaints relating to product support in a professional and effective manner.
6. Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules and features of the Definedge products.
7. Provide excellent Client support in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
8. Co-ordinate with Technical team in case of any technical or connectivity issues.
9. Create documentation/quick help for new feature releases.
