Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate information about products or services.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
6. Generating revenue from exiting client.

Salary: 18,000- 25,000/month
