Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
2. Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
3. Utilize industry knowledge to accurately assess diamond quality, rarity, and market demand.
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to optimize pricing across product lines.
5. Monitor and adjust pricing based on market fluctuations and business priorities.
6. Maintain pricing databases and ensure the accuracy of the pricing information.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding pricing strategies and market opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. Proven experience in diamond pricing or related roles within the jewelry industry.
3. Deep understanding of diamond grading, quality factors, and market valuation.
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and pricing models.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
