Key responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of representatives offering customer support
2. Oversee the customer service process
3. Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention
4. Create policies and procedures
5. Plan the training and standardization of service delivery
6. Select and hire new staff
7. Monitor the work of individual representatives and the team
8. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff
9. Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
10. Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team
