Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Marketing Strategy:
a. Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
b. Plan and execute email campaigns to promote products, engage customers, and drive sales across different segments.
2. Campaign Management:
a. Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product launches, and event invitations.

3. List Management & Segmentation:
a. Manage and grow the email subscriber list through acquisition strategies and retention initiatives.
b. Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors to deliver targeted and personalized content.
4. A/B Testing & Optimization:
a. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
b. Continuously analyze email campaign results to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
a. Track and measure the success of email campaigns using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
b. Provide regular reports on email marketing performance and insights to inform future campaigns and strategies.

a. Develop and manage automated email workflows, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, and post-purchase follow-ups.
