Pixel Web Work Technologies is hiring a full-time on-site digital marketing executive in Kalyan, Mumbai. As a digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day digital marketing initiatives. This includes managing social media campaigns, developing interesting web content, performing web analytics, and adopting marketing tactics to increase online visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities:
1. Strategy development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, this includes planning campaigns for digital channels like social media, email, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
2. Content creation: Create high-quality and engaging content for various digital platforms, this could include writing blog posts, articles, and newsletters, and creating graphics and videos
3. Social media management: Manage the company's social media profiles, plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, analyze engagement data, and optimize social media strategies
4. SEO optimization: Implement SEO best practices on the website and blog to increase organic search visibility and ranking
5. PPC campaigns: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc., including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
6. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance using tools like Google Analytics, and present insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness
7. Email marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that engage subscribers, promote services or products, and generate leads or sales
8. Lead generation: Utilize digital marketing strategies to generate leads for the business, ensuring alignment with the sales team's goals
