We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'Assistant Marketing Manager' to join our team. This role focuses on cross-promotions and collaborations with various brands to strengthen our presence and expand our audience reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage collaborations
Identify and reach out to potential brands, influencers, and partners for collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements for cross-promotions that align with our brand values and target audience.
2. Execute cross-promotional campaigns
Design, implement, and manage cross-promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of joint marketing efforts.
3. Relationship building and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key industry players to foster long-term collaborations.
Attend industry events and stay updated on trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
4. Strategy development
Devise and implement effective marketing strategies for cross-promotions and collaborations that align with business goals.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine collaboration strategies and maximize reach.
5. Budget management
Keep track of the budget for cross-promotional activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor expenses and provide regular budget reports to evaluate the financial performance of collaboration efforts.
6. Campaign analysis and reporting
Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide insights to optimize future partnerships.
Create regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations, tracking KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI.
7. Support marketing initiatives
Assist in planning and executing additional marketing initiatives as needed, including content creation, social media engagement, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or cross-promotions.
3. Strong skills in budget management and financial tracking.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess partnership success and report metrics.
