We are seeking an experienced and proactive digital marketing manager to join our vibrant team. As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
2. Manage and optimise the organisation's website for SEO and user experience.
3. Write and optimise content for the website and social media platforms.
4. Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
5. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
6. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
8. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
9. Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
10. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
12. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
13. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead in the industry.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends).
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
6. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
7. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
8. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Preferred skills:
1. Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification).
