We are seeking freshers and experienced 'Digital Marketing Sales Representatives' to join our team. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to expand your professional experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the digital marketing industry. You will contact potential clients via phone, explain our digital marketing services, and convert leads into sales. Additionally, you will assist with managing client data and supporting CRM setup and organization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Phone prospective clients to present and promote digital marketing services such as Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
2. For Freshers: Generate leads by engaging potential clients and building their interest in the services. Once the client shows interest, transfer the lead to a senior consultant for further sales processing.
3. Participate in client meetings to observe, learn, and assist senior executives in nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts simply and convincingly.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as Google Ads, SEM, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
Optional Growth Opportunities: These are not mandatory but are available if you are interested:
- Create video content scripts and coordinate video production projects from concept to completion.
- Participate in live broadcasts and digital platform video content, if interested.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings (both online and offline) and assist in developing sales strategies.

- Participate in the Research and Development (R&D) process, collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Support business development efforts by expanding the client base and establishing strategic partnerships.

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
