About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to drive app installations and website traffic using ASO, PPC, SMM, and other paid advertising channels
2. Campaign Management: Plan and implement marketing programs and promotions to increase Lifetime Value (LTV) by engaging users and minimizing churn
3. Lead the Charge: Implement the vision for our app and web products, prioritizing both a fantastic UX and alignment with the company's goals of building valuable tools for our consumers
4. Competition Mapping: Stay updated on the competitive landscape and market trends
5. Brand Campaigns: Execute brand and tactical campaigns to boost user engagement
6. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage your analytical skills to inform product development. You'll oversee data analysis processes, utilizing insights from ads data to guide growth strategies. Proficiency in at least one analytics tool (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) is a must
7. Collaboration: Work with the IT/Tech team to improve UI/UX for enhanced user experience. oversee website architecture, implement schema markup, and ensure mobile optimization
8. UX Champion: Be the user's advocate! Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for visitors, with a basic understanding of wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Figma.
9. Communication is Key: Clearly communicate product needs and results (backed by data!) to stakeholders, including senior management
10. Performance Tracker: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement
11. Resourceful & Efficient: Manage budgets and resources allocated for SEO and product development, ensuring optimal use of tools, technologies, and partnerships

Tools and Proficiencies You Must Have:

Data: Excel/ Google Analytics/ Tableau/ Looker Studio

Bonus Points if You Have:
Data Skills: Experience with SQL, Metabase, or Looker.
UX: Familiarity with UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or Hotjar.
A/B Testing Prowess: Experience with platforms like Optimizely or VWO.
Project Management Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
