About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic influencer identification: Utilise both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives, considering factors such as engagement rates, audience demographics, and content relevance.

2. Proactive outreach and relationship building: Take the initiative to establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email, phone, or social media. Foster trust and rapport with influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.

3. Negotiation and contract management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations, including pricing, deliverables, and exclusivity. Ensure all contracts and agreements are accurately documented and adhered to.

4. Content collaboration and quality assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging and values. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure content meets quality standards and campaign objectives.

5. Cross-functional coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns. Facilitate communication and collaboration to optimize campaign performance.

6. Performance monitoring and optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the duration of influencer campaigns, analysing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Identify opportunities for optimization and adjustment to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

7. Reporting and analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing the performance and impact of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
