The 'Performance Marketing Expert' will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, with experience in both the Indian and US markets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
5. Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
6. Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
8. Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
