Job Summary:
The 'Online/Digital Sales Executive' will be responsible for driving online sales through various digital channels. This role involves generating and following up on sales leads, obtaining and providing quotes to potential customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online sales strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales through various digital platforms.
- Identify and explore new online sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales campaigns and promotions.
2. Lead generation and follow-up:
- Generate leads through online research, social media, and other digital channels.
- Engage with potential customers via email, chat, and social media to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
3. Quotation management:
- Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
- Send quotes to customers and follow up to close sales.
Manage and update the quotation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Customer relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and company updates.
5. Sales reporting and analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and revenue generated.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.
