About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic 'Relationship Manager/Direct Sales Executive' to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Client acquisition & lead generation:
i. Identify and engage prospective clients through direct sales strategies (field visits, cold calling, networking, etc.).
ii. Build a strong pipeline of leads by identifying new opportunities in the market.
iii. Attend property viewings with potential clients and showcase available properties.
2. Sales & negotiation:
i. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
ii. Present properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
iii. Negotiate offers, contract terms, and pricing with clients to achieve optimal sales results.
3. Market knowledge and awareness maintenance:
i. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including local property prices, trends, and competitors.
ii. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other related matters.
4. Relationship management:
i. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
ii. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
5. Reporting & coordination:
i. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
ii. Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to execute sales strategies and promotions.

Other requirements

Educational qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field.

2. Master's in business administration (preferred).

Experience: 

1. Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in direct sales, preferably in real estate.

2. Experience with property sales, leasing, or a real estate background is an added advantage.

Skills & competencies: 

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
